Analytical survey «Recognizing the potential of ICT in early childhood education», developed within IITE project on ICTs in Early Childhood Care and Education, has been out of print in Russian. It contains review and analysis of the existing literature in the area, best practice in ICT application in early childhood education, and recommendations for educators and parents on the balanced use of technologies with children. Being a unique publication in the area, it was highly appreciated by educational community involved in pre-school and primary school education. IITE was invited by the European Agency for Development of Special Needs Education to participate in the ICT for Inclusion project. The project will build upon the findings of the research project jointly implemented by IITE and the European Agency in 2011.
