In February 2015, UNESCO IITE prepared and published the Russian version of the UNESCO Policy Guidelines for Mobile Learning issued by UNESCO in 2013. Within the framework of  UNESCO IITE project  "Foresight in ICT in Higher Education" a summary brief "Technologies in Higher Education: Mapping the Terrain" was developed on the basis of 28 policy briefs published by UNESCO IITE from 2010 to 2014. The MOOC created on the basis of results of the UNESCO IITE project "ICT in Primary Education"  in cooperation with Institute of Education of the London University and placed on the COURSERA platform https://www.coursera.org/course/ictinprimary (see also UNESCO IITE News here) was included into the list of 50 best courses for professional development of educators accredited for use by teachers of the USA upon the recommendation of the President Obama.
