The 13th Congress of Teachers and Education Workers in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) was held on 5-9 October 2015 in Yakutsk. On 23 September 2015, a large Chinese delegation visited the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE) within its visit to Moscow under the invitation of the Moscow City Government University of Management. The UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education is inviting all stakeholders to complete the survey within the project “Access, Equity and Quality: Envisioning the Sustainable Future of Postsecondary Education in a Digital Age”. The questionnaire deals with the issues of validation and credentialing of learning results and open educational resources; curriculum and institutional change and teacher development. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation held the meeting on cooperation with UNESCO IITE on 19 August, 2015. The Central Asia Symposium on ICT in Education (CASIE) has been organized by UNESCO Asia and the Pacific Regional Bureau for Education since 2011. It has served as a sub-regional platform for the Member States to collectively deliberate on possible solutions to the issues at hand, with a particular focus on integrating technologies into the education systems. In June 2015, the UNESCO IITE took part in the  Global  High-Level   Policy  Forum  "Online,  Open  and  Flexible Higher Education  for  the  Future  We  Want:  from  Statements  to  Action:  Equity,   Access,  and  Quality Learning Outcomes", which was held by UNESCO  and ICDE. UNESCO IITE participated in the meeting of Russian ASPnet schools held on 16-17 June 2015 at Kazan University of Management “TISBI”. The main goal of the meeting was to present the general concept of the new project “Learning for the Future – Russia”.
