The 13th Congress of Teachers and Education Workers in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) was held on 5-9 October 2015 in Yakutsk. The UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education is inviting all stakeholders to complete the survey within the project “Access, Equity and Quality: Envisioning the Sustainable Future of Postsecondary Education in a Digital Age”. The questionnaire deals with the issues of validation and credentialing of learning results and open educational resources; curriculum and institutional change and teacher development. The Central Asia Symposium on ICT in Education (CASIE) has been organized by UNESCO Asia and the Pacific Regional Bureau for Education since 2011. It has served as a sub-regional platform for the Member States to collectively deliberate on possible solutions to the issues at hand, with a particular focus on integrating technologies into the education systems.
