UNESCO Institute for information technologies in education (IITE) in cooperation with International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Area Office for the CIS offers free “Open training course on safe use of Internet resources", developed in 2015 within the framework of Memorandum on cooperation between IITE and International Telecommunication Union (ITU) with support of Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications (ONAT) named after A. S. Popov (Ukraine). This course has three levels: basic (for children of preschool and younger school age); intermediate (for children grades 5-9); advanced (for high school students, students, parents, teachers of Informatics). The course materials meet the highest criteria of accuracy and completeness of information contained therein. Upon completion, the system automatically issues a certificate on successful completion of the course. The online version of the course has a feedback mechanism to collect comments and suggestions. The course is available in Internet at the address onlinesafety.info.
