An English-language publication "Open Educational Resources in France: Overview, Perspectives and Recommendations" (author: SophieTouzé, University of Lyon) was printed earlier this year in the framework of the UNESCO IITE Project Open Educational Resources in non-English speaking countries. An electronic version of the book "Ressources Éducatives Libres en France: Regards, Perspectives et Recommandations" has been released in French and can be downloaded from UNESCO IITE E-library.
