UNESCO Training on Ethics held in Moscow

UNESCO Training on Ethics was conducted on 10-11 June 2010 at the IITE premises in Moscow.

The overall purpose of the training was to provide essential information and tools to staff members of the UNESCO Moscow Office and of IITE to uphold ethical standards and standards of conduct and integrity as reflected in the Constitution of UNESCO and other relevant guidelines and policies. The training agenda covered the following issues: ethical core values; ethical decision-making process; conflicts of interests and others. In addition to the training session, individual consultations for the staff members of the UNESCO Moscow Office and of IITE were organized.

Programme and administrative staff members of the Moscow Office and of IITE participated in the training, conducted by Mr. Jean-Paul Proulx, UNESCO Ethics Advisor.
