Digital Transformation and Green Skills in TVET: Building Pedagogical Capacity – Africa Regional Series

 

We are pleased to invite TVET institutional leaders across Africa to participate in an upcoming regional professional development series: Digital Transformation & Green Skills in TVET: Building Pedagogical Capacity.

Jointly organized by Intel® SFI, UNESCO IITE, and JP.IK, this initiative equips Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions to integrate sustainability and Project-Based, Problem-Oriented Learning (PBPOL) into their programs – even in resource-constrained settings.

Program Highlights and Key Details

Target Audience (Cohort A): Specially tailored for TVET institutional leaders, including School Directors, Heads of Department, Deans, Curriculum Leads, and Senior Administrators.

Practical and Modular: Combines live interactive sessions with practical, self-paced learning modules.

Actionable Outcomes: Participants will learn to develop adaptable PBPOL lesson plans and showcase their institution’s transformation journey.

Recognition and Leadership: Attendees earn an official course certificate with the opportunity to be selected as a recognized TVET Innovation Champion.

Timeline: Cohort A launches in Late September 2026. (Cohort B for vocational educators and trainers will follow in October 2026).
