News of UN agencies and organizations for the period from May to August 2025 is available in the second issue of the “UN in Russia” Bulletin.
This issue includes the article about the VII International Conference “Tangible and Intangible Impact of Information and Communication in the Digital Age”, held in Khanty-Mansiysk (Russian Federation) on June 25-27, 2025, within the XVI International IT Forum, annually held by the Government of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Ugra. The Conference was organized by the UNESCO Information for All Programme and its Russian Committee, Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO, the Permanent Delegation of the Russian Federation to UNESCO and the Interregional Library Cooperation Centre.
The bulletin also features information about the launch of the two free online training courses in Russian: “Generative Artificial Intelligence as a Teaching Tool in Higher Education” and “Prompt Engineering for Higher Education Teachers”. The courses were presented at the webinar, which brought together more than 1,000 teachers and administrative staff from educational institutions from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, Uzbekistan and other countries.
