Background
The persistence of harmful gender stereotypes contributes to various forms of gender-based violence and reinforces unequal gender dynamics globally. The UNESCO and UNAIDS Joint Positive Masculinity Project, recently implemented in Armenia, highlights the critical role of engaging young men in reshaping societal norms to foster gender equality and non-violence. This webinar will discuss the findings from Armenia’s campaign, including a study on masculinity and the development of interactive digital resources, and how these efforts contribute to a broader global movement for change.
Join us to learn how fostering positive masculinities can contribute to a more equal and violence-free world.
