EduHub and UNESCO IITE invite you to participate in an international roundtable, continuing the series of webinars on health and well-being in the educational environment. The event is dedicated to World Teachers’ Day and will focus on the crucial role of educators in creating and maintaining a safe and comfortable school environment.

Agenda
During the roundtable, the focus will be on creating and maintaining a comfortable school environment. Educators, health experts, psychologists, and other specialists will discuss the following topics:
- How is a comfortable school environment defined, and who benefits the most—students, teachers, administrators, or parents?
- Who is responsible for creating and maintaining such an environment? What methods, forms, and tools are most effective? What hinders their implementation?
- How can conflicts in the school environment, such as those between students or between a student and a teacher, be managed?
- How should schools respond to cases of bullying? What policies exist regarding bullying, and how are participants in the school process regulated in such situations?
- Are there international examples of successful efforts to combat violence in schools? What systems are most effective in preventing bullying?
- How can educators and other school participants improve their qualifications in responding to bullying?
- Who can help schools create a comfortable environment, and why is social partnership important in this regard?
