The 2023 edition of the Global Smart Education Conference (GSE2023) will be held in Beijing from 18 to 20 August, 2023. GSE 2023 is organized by Beijing Normal University (BNU) and co-organized by UNESCO IITE. As the annual conference of Global Smart Education Network (GSENet), the conference will focus on the theme of “Education Transformation and Data Governance“. Through thematic forums, high-level dialogues, exhibitions, pre-conference workshops, webinars, and other formats, the conference aims to share new trends, theories, and technologies in the field of smart education, as well as disseminate smart education solutions and excellent case studies.
The GSE 2023 includes various thematic forums and will take a hybrid mode which includes online and onsite sessions. Technologies including VR/AR will be applied to build a metaverse venue to improve audiences’ experience of communication and interaction and also to display our innovative solutions for digital education.
