Webinar «Let’s get positive about education: eliminating HIV-related stigma and discrimination in education settings» – April 19, 2022

Please save the date for a webinar on 19 April 2022 titled “Let’s get positive about education: eliminating HIV-related stigma and discrimination in education settings”.

The webinar is part of a series hosted through the Global Partnership for Action to Eliminate All Forms of HIV-related Stigma and Discrimination, and organized in collaboration with UNESCO, the Global Network of Young People Living with HIV (Y+ Global) and the Global Network of People Living with HIV (GNP+).

The webinar will feature the voices of young people, teachers, parents, and education sector stakeholders who will reflect on the continued challenges of HIV-related stigma and discrimination in school settings, and best practices to harness the power of education to meet the needs of young people living with HIV. It will also be an opportunity to introduce the recently published  “Positive Learning” recommendations, which were developed through an inclusive, youth-led process.

Simultaneous interpretation will be available in English, French, Spanish and Russian.
