UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE) is launching a Call for Proposals to select a qualified service provider for media content production and promotion in the framework of the “Oilo-for-Students” project in Kyrgyzstan during August-December 2025.
The objective of this assignment is to support awareness-raising activities targeting university students through digital content and institutional collaborations with higher education institutions. The tasks will include the following:
- Media partnerships
- Influencer engagement
- Content production for Oilo channels
- Collaborations with youth organizations
- SEO and promotion
- Design and merchandise
- University outreach and offline promotion
Eligible applicants include:
- Registered media organizations and agencies
- Individual entrepreneurs (I/E) with relevant expertise
