The UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE) invites interested professionals to submit their applications for providing consultancy services in the support (moderation) of and communication campaign to promote an educational online project.
From May to December 2025, the consultant will be responsible for the strategic development and growth of the E-Teach Forum community of the E-Library – Online Library for Teachers platform: support in organizing online events, sending newsletters, moderating posts and comments, interacting with the audience, and ensuring regular posting of content. In addition, the consultant will be accountable for the promotion and support of the following projects:
- An information campaign for a global contest for teachers dedicated to use of advanced information and communication technologies (ICTs) in education, as well as support of the contest;
- A webinar series for teachers of CIS countries (May 2025);
Moreover, the consultant will support the UNESCO IITE Unit of Teacher Professional Development and Networking with related online initiatives aimed at building teacher capacity and knowledge of advanced ICTs in education and enrichment of teachers’ networking opportunities. Requirements for professionals:
- Master’s degree or above (preferably in social sciences or humanities, journalism, communications, public relations, PR, or related fields);
- Excellent command of the Russian language;
- Advanced proficiency in English;
- Strong skills in writing and editing materials for websites and social networks, as well as in searching and analyzing large volumes of information;
- Excellent communication skills and creativity;
- Experience with website and social network community management systems;
- At least 2 years of experience in journalism, public relations, or SMM;
- Desirable: familiarity with graphic and video content editing programs;
- Desirable: experience or knowledge of working in the non-profit sector.

- A cover letter confirming readiness to complete the required work within the specified timeframe;
- The completed technical assignment, with the cost of task completion indicated in USD (the technical assignment must be signed);
- A resume (CV) in English detailing education and work experience, including internships;
- A portfolio (examples of completed projects/ work on managing social network communities, content samples, posts, and other materials).
